Damage report form KL, NNW and OC
Has an accident happened to you? Read the instruction how to act in case of emergency and report damage to the insurer. Choose an appropriate form: KL for medical payment insurance abroad, NNW for accident insurance, or liability insurance (OC) to repair damage caused by a person insured.
